Refund policy
We want you to love your PhorMe products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery — whether the product is opened or unopened.
PhorMe will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges between product types (e.g., Stick → Créme).
